Back to 01/25, we surprised that there were more than 10M shares traded in the last hour. Now, read the new 8-K filling, I got it! The merger agreement was on that day 01/25, so someone knew it (may be insiders of both companies), then jumped in and bought ton of shares in the last minutes.
