The last three days has seen a large increase in share trading along with the price of shares increasing.
There has been no public announcement of any kind having to do with operations of Tri Valley and yet someone or group of some ones has seen fit to invest, supposedly without any new info. rather large amounts of money into a seemingly quite troubled company!
Will there be a public announcement, having to do with this large increase in attention to TIV, with absolutely no public awareness of anything positive happening, or will management be silent.
This kind of activity with no news, can be taken by shareholders as suggesting that certain individuals used foreknowledge to accumulate shares before the public is made aware of "happenings" at TIV.
I would appreciate a reply.
