I can tell you what I know about the name change,, Nothing lol
I have asked Mr. LeClerc numerous times about the SEC & name change.. imo,, really nothing to discuss in the PRs about it..
Waiting on the SEC..
I do like this though,,,
"The Company is doing everything it can do to file its quarterly report on time, if needed we will file an extension and report in accordance with the timeline."
whether on time or late,, they are still filing..
And,,
"additionally we are taking extra time to file the 10k in order to finally have our name change and symbol approved."
He did mention it..
And,,
"We have major opportunities on our plate right now, and we are going to maximize them,"
