SEC of course is quiet per their policy.

Yet, if more would do what you have done maybe some day along with other agencys they will finally take this group down.

None of these players have repented one bit.

In fact it has been the exact opposite of repentance for running a company into the ground all the while collecting 250K a year for DECEPTION!

One of the players told me the BOD said I brought value to the company so I don't need to give my money back as I requested him to do to show repentance so a process of forgiving, then restoration can take place.

The most insane comment I've ever heard bringing value.

Hey how about asking the share holders if you EVER brought one cent of value to the money you were granted stewardship over being a public company?
