AXM.V - Perception of advancing?

PR to promote controller to CFO and IR to "Vice President IR", it would appear they are doing everything possible to signal to market they intend to advance. Looks enticing at $37M MC. Time for me to contact IR. Bobwins, would it be your opinion that this is the cheapest MC/NAV gold play for a deposit with a BFS on the planet?
