By all accounts, yes this looks to me like a real deal, albeit a deal that does not contain a lot of specifics and has a lot of what-ifs.

However depending on how long you have been following this company you might have recognized that many of their announced deals looked good on paper but not a single one materialized.

I might change my tune when I actually see a payment made to CCTC but for now I remain skeptical.
