I won't even read your entire post... Too much to say about a garbage company...

Check it out... Just because it is a start up company doesn't mean it should be in massive debt... And I do mean MASSIVE!

Walmart's IPO was around $25.00 a share... They was a start-up company...

It is very, very rare that a penny stock goes above $5.00 and able to trade with the big boys...

Why is this? Because they are 99% scams! And even if you do find a legit company... 3rd party shareholders will dilute the shares... Furthermore, they are usually so far in debt... That when they finally do make a profit they have to use the money to pay off their debt... Then borrow more money!!! And the process starts all over again...
