the reference to John as CEO was on the new company's web site under the "contact " page not the home page which was sort of empty!

Some other interesting posts on both boards but not sure I believe them about conversations with people but just say CEO not John or Cedric or anyone else for that matter.

Info needed:
Is ARDC a subdivision of STHG if so when did that happen and what is mgt structure
Is the 500,000 a commitment and if so when will it be paid, installments, end of year, up front?
Is there any other upside for SGCP - eg if 10,000 oz recovered this year do we get a bonus or does that all go to ARDC?

if we were SEC reporting we would know these answers!
