im sure he didnt answer questions that would break the law if answered or if a question is not relevant or if it was clearly or aggressively ill intentioned, i would personally rather him just skip those when i commit my time to a conference call.

but i still have never heard of anyone who didnt get a reply to their question ever. so, i just, disagree, with you.
