Hope you are correct. I have about 1/3 of the QTY that you state. Right now looking at over $30K loss. I would not be in this situation if
A) Perez had not stated NO BK!
There should be fines and legal action for that lie, designed to trick investors to Kodak benefit. Perez and all those associated with that lie deserve jail time.
B) ITC changing date of ruling. Many bought in or held because of the Dec 2011 ruling date. Amazing how the rules can change and leave stockholders holding the bag.

Hard to say if Kodak will issue new stock, making ours worthless or if it will continue. Praying it will continue as this $ is my retirement acct....
