Plan on the worst case. None of us can be disappointed if they follow the rules set forth by governmental reporting agencies. I don't want to be dissappointed, so each that day passes puts this one day closer to reporting. Anything above and beyond will hopefully be positive news regarding production statistics.

Upcoming governmental reporting deadlines:
Fiscal Year 2011 10-K on 03/30/2012
MSHA Quarter 01-2012 completed and mailed or faxed within 15 days after the end of each calendar quarter
Quarter 01-2012 10-Q on 05/15/2012
