In this scenario if swank were to sell some kiosks, the majority of that 6g's would go to ggl for the software and design and parts. Swank would just be importing and putting the shell together. Correct? Or does CGAQ somehow own the rights to gamebase and it's software? Anyone? Opinions welcome.
