Well, maybe...

From today's 8k
"pursuant to an asset purchase agreement by and between the Company and Mkono dated as of December 28, 2011. The transaction resulted in net cash proceeds to the Company of $615,000 USD."

The agreement was dated on the 28th of December. I assume and could be wrong, but within the past couple days or so ATRN then finally received the proceeds from that sale and then released the 8k stating that.

All IMO. But valid theory Kekermahoney. :)
