Neither. RFMK has actually been in business over 10 years. They simply shutdown and then start up again with a new product. Once they make their money off of this buy selling each other shares, they will close down. A new person will open RFMK with a new product to pump for a few years. That's what these guys do. You can see that by reviewing their history.
