Regardless what kind of construction technique is used, site work of some kind, including prep work, and post construction testing will have to be done. A rack is a structure that holds components. Unless we get to see racks with components being built, and site work, or see a description of it, we won't know the construction details. I'm not concerned.

Who knows, maybe some day there will be a Discovery Channel video of the process. Maybe the details will remain proprietary. I just want JBII to geter done.

I have only thoughts and imaginings based on my experiences. Nothing else.
