looks like they are currently working on a giant yellow spool with the crane in the West Yard...not sure what that is. A lot of work going on today.

i know deepdown gets some sort of revenue for helping test the umbilical and perhaps for operating the carousel but i still don't understand how much deepdown can earn from the caousel at Core. it is encouraging to see projects involving it lined up for the future.
