Ramo, Terlyn and GCD
This deal between Terlyn and Ramo may fall apart. The deal between Ramo and GCD didn't happen because there was nothing there. I will say the same will happen at Terlyn Industries, pictures of a truck and a warehouse doesn't make a business. Someone said that Alex was let go because he didn't perform, that was his opinion. How do you let somebody go that owns so much of the company. It really didn't matter who you let go because neither one of them had anything.
The MOU between Ramo and Terlyn Industries is not a binding deal because their agreement didn't say so. Ramo is trying the same trick they done with GCD. At least Ramo and GCD did have a binding contract, which meant nothing. Terlyn Industries is the second MOU that Ramo has done, same story. They are now froming a new company and we will all get new shares in. This sounds like the last story.
Here is the one they made with Ramo and GCD.
The Parties shall negotiate a permanent and full contract or agreement at a later date if necessary. If so, at that time this agreement shall immediately terminate and the full contract shall govern. Should this not happen, this MOU will remain in force as the Agreement/Contract. Upon exchange of consideration under this MOU, this MOU will be considered BINDING as Contract/Agreement.
