TEMN was clearly a failed real estate company that couldn't figure out how to manage a lemonade stand! OUCH... that was a bit harsh! Honestly, I was worried the previous MNGT was actually going to screw up their own buyout!

Really? Who cares about the past? TEMN is now under NEW management within a conversely different financial industry sector, an industry sector that is actually showing massive growth during the current global economic downturn.
