If we calculate the share structure. They have 100M A/S. 60% is already issued and outstanding. If they will dilute more share then they can only dilute for float 205 and rest 20% they have to get to control the company make sure they have more than 50% shares.
Now near 30M is float and it can be maximized 50M if they dilute the shares. People are holding strong because of the company future and that is the reason it will move huge when more buying pressure will come soon. A lot of people don't know yet about this stock. IMO
