Telephone Sales Representative

Matrix Marketing has been in business for over 15 years and is conveniently located on Rt. 22W in Union, NJ. We are a privately held company with Corporate public affiliations . Recognized as a leader in the Direct Marketing field we develop and implement lead and sales initiatives for an array of companies . In recent months we have formed a relationship with RenuEn Experts to support the substantial growth plans that RenuEn Corporation ( a public company) has to accelerate its successful consumer facing renewable energy program Matrix has an opportunity for a talented telephone sales representative .

Principal duties & responsibilities
• Provide first level contact to RenuEn Experts customers via phone and email to provide free Energy Audits, detail and follow-up required.
• Act as liaison for our consumer sales effort and follow up when required.
• Achieve call and conversion rates .
• Coordinate appointment moves and changes using our customized OPT software.

Position Requirements
Strong verbal communications skills required to communicate directly with customers daily.
Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel a plus) and CRM.
Ability to learn and master consumer level products and services.
No call reluctance, must be able to speak with customers when under pressure and in stressful situations.

Compensation: 10/hr + weekly bonus structure
