But how am I know know for sure.

Jwez, You seem like a smart and well informed person about this Company.
I would like Your and others insite on the "probable" outcome with TIVU. Below is My outlook including wishful thinking.

1st with 3 Bil A/S only 2 Billion MAX. would be used.
2nd.PPS goes to one thin Penny before R/S of no more that 200/1 thus able to list on major stock exchange.

well how is that for a start?

Bottom line is here,I have to be one of the lowest PPs Ave. around. Down only 50% and I should feel Happy ! But I dont feel that way right now.

3rd; I will need more info before investing any more.

the reason for this is simple, with unlimited R/S and then higher A/S rinse repeat...
