No way. This "very important information" could mean anything and not have a major impact on the company. They think it is important, but how will the markets react? First, a buyout is unlikely because PVSP wants to do advertising to get the App viral. One would not say that if they were going to be bought out. Secondly, the company has a lot of convertible debt that will increase the O/S, making it more unlike with a huge surge in shares. I am hoping for a contract or subleasing the software to a third party. This is what the big boys do and it generates instant revenues. JMO
