I think BS is loading from the last week @ ask and bid both ways before any huge promo. I was just looking Share Structure XCLL has small Share Structure. XCLL has 100M A/S. 60M issued and outstanding shares but float is near 25 or 30M because more than 50% is inside holders and restricted shares. Look like bottom here.
