I have been on this board for over a year. My dd is done.
As for the trade, SPAH diluted by at least 9 million shares for today. That will pay the consulting fees and keep the lights on for while. CEO is smart and won't dilute all at once, so you don't have to worry about the bottom falling out today. Financials will be out by Feb.15
