No, not optimistic. Knowledge is key. I knew he was going to pump but the amount of effort (monies) was going to be invested and when were two concerns. One has been alleviated and that's the size of the pump. The other one is when? No one knows but a few associated directly with the loans. I am going to do more research on the situation before I know what to expect and when.
