I didn't need anyone to explain to me that the company screwed the existing shareholders outta all our money!! Not one person including myself would have purchased this garbage stock if we knew that the entire outstanding shares represented less than 4% ownership in SWK technologies!!! Especially when the CEO was calling this a wholey owned subsiduary!!!

I personally used to own 4% of TYRIA stock, which I now know represented about 0.016% of SWK Tech!! If this company is worth say $3,000,000, I would have had a $480 investment. problem is I paid $68,000 for it!!

Explained another way if they did not do the r/s, there would be 2.3 Trillion shares outstanding today!!! Wow is that right??? I though 8 Billion was bad!!! Now you know why they did the r/s and why the name change!!! and if you think 750MM shares outstanding is not gonna happen in a few years, then you are dumber than you were when you bought this at 6 cents cause you thought it was cheap!!

Oh and I thank you for that purchase cause it saved some of my money!
