This is an interesting website. First off what is the length of the licensing agreement for the AC video patent? I have never heard about the length of this license or the terms going forward? Royalities etc...I have seen the 100,000 shares, but, I am sure it is more than that and has time frames and time limitations as well as more money going forward for the deal?
The website does not say SEVU has the license for the DC version of this technology? SEVU has been touting the DC version of secureview? Im saw a PR from SEVU about a year ago touting it? What is the fee to be paid to videocom for this DC video technology?
It seems that videocom has many other uses for the technology. Good website, read the regulations for the AC version for video, Looks a little more than just plug and play to me.
