this brings some light into the room.........new S-1 filingthis is an amendment to the original filed back in sept of 2011. the S-1 is an application for an IPO. The small portion of stock originally offered (10mil),is where we got our shares. The IPO is for 40.8 mil shares @ around 1.03.
