Who was it that contacted FINRA?? or something like that? to report MM's on the bid and ask in blocks of 5,000. Whoever it was had some success. Maybe tomorrow this can be done and RFMK can run freely.

I'm not saying 100% MM's controlled this today, but it seems they were trying based on the rather large swings today. Perhaps someone who knows more about this can report MM's if they are trading in violation.
