If you ask, it is because you've not looked in the past.
Here's my two dollars worth: many reverse splits, PRs with great promises but no follow up. Some revenues from subsidiary but the net is usually secret. The A/S, although reduced, is still very high, letting the possibility of a repeat of the past.
