I don't see anything wrong with his statements. He clearly states his views, he clear states that he's in the stock to make money, he clearly states that he sees huge things occurring for Broadvision and states specifically why he does. All in all, he states everything clearly up front. You wouldn't know a damn thing about him being involved if it wasn't for the fact he states he's involved. LOL. I did find it strange about the "potential conflict of interest" statement. But again, he was very up front. Nice thought about the letter but I guess the SEC will have the last say, hmmm?
