If you don't agree this is shorting then I guess we can just debate the merits of the company, which are many. Including:

Billionaire Chairman of the Board.

CEO that is a proven Tech genius.

Newest addition to management - Donna Liu of UChannel fame.

Customers like Homeland Security, State Dept, Dept of Transportation, etc.

8 of the 10 MSOs use TelVue equipment.

Low float.
