The simple argument is we own the DIME LTW SECURITIES which have an economic interest in Eighty Five Percent Net of the Anchor Litigation whether JPM or WMI control the Litigation.

If the FDIC was acting in the place of WMI when it sold WMB and the Anchor Litigation to JPM then why did not the FDIC cause JPM to also take on the liability of the LTW Holders? And is this fair in the Court of Judge Block and within the powers of the FDIC?
