I'm not really at the Baltia office every day - more like once every 10 days or so. (Office video gets pretty boring pretty quick.) More involved in meetings and activities elsewhere regarding Baltia as things ramp up. I'll be glad when the shackles are off and Baltia will be able to tell you about it all.
