yes, it seems there is some dilution going on, no one would sell there shares at this price knowing whats going on with the company, so that leaves the company doing the selling, you have to understand they have to get money somehow to operate. Exspect to see the PPS go even lower from here, just have a price in mind to average down. Although They have 1 bilion shares AS, at a penny that would give them a 10 million market cap, do you think this company is work 10 million dollars?
