Considering the positive response of the stock price I would hope you're right. However, there can also be another side to it. They could push the issue to get that final rejection status with the intent to steal the patent and place it under new ownership and I don't know what that means for the share-holder.

When I was a teen (late 60’s) living in Redondo Bch Calif my brother invested time and money to build a prototype this machinist (a immigrant from Turkey) dreamed up for a tilt-in window.

Sounded crazy but my brother spent every dime he had to make it work.

The machinist cut the aluminum channel and assembled a hinge-pin located at the middle of the window unit connecting to the jamb on each side to allow the whole unit to not only tilt-in but completely revolve. My brother help to assemble it also and we went out to the Beach and found a model for photo’s of her with the prototype.

Word got out and one investor after the next was over at our place to contract for widows for their building someone in LA and then word came down from the patent office that back in the 50’s some fellow had a close enough idea that we would have to wait out his patent before applying for ours again….and in time the idea was modified and stolen from us.
