UPDATE: RS UNAPPROVED BY REGULATORS, NDCI NOT HAPPENING

FACT: HFBG is not getting NDCI Name Change or Reverse Split Approval from Regulator's. They have been trying for approval since December!

FACT: I POSTED as NEWS 1/6/2011 "Name Change and RS filed with

Deleware Dept of Corporations on 12/6/2011 than FINRA but my opposition

stopped it from being approved by FINRA or OTC for public trading."

This RS and name Change was applied for at FINRA in December and has

never been approved because of lawful corporate standing and opposition!

I HAVE POSTED UPDATES ALL ALONG REGARDING MY OPPOSITION TO THE ONGOING FRAUD.

I will not approve it as lawful standing Director and 50% Super Voting Preferred Principal Shareholder PLUS close to 1 Billion Common Shares stand with me in opposition.

PUMP AND DUMP, NUMEROUS DECEPTIVE DISCLOSURES, ONGOING TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE, PROMOTION OF RS AND NAME CHANGE, DECEPTION OF PUBLIC AND REGULATORS ARE JUST A SHORT LIST OF WHAT WILL BE PROVEN

Jessica Gutierrez, Calvin Ross Thornton, Larry Johnson, Stock House Group and others involved will be found culpable of Fraud.
