I'm not covering so as far as your buy target I assume you mean buying to cover a short and only you can make that decision,.
I can't see any reason to cover my position and intend to hold through the CC
ALTHOUGH I will cover 1/2 prior to the CC ( IF IT HAPPENS ) Just in case.
Problem is that quality companies DON'T NOT HIRE CONVICTED STOCK MANIPULATORS.

THIS ENTIRE THING STINKS TO THIG HEAVEN .
