kelly you live in america where nothing has to make sense at all. worthless junk goes up and good stuff goes down. its a great speculation the fact that it is toilet paper does not matter just what some nuckelhead will pay for it. they may turn all the crap realestae into the biggest real estate rental firm in the world it may go worthless. who knows i sold last for 90 cents some a bit better and im back in about here. may go under may go up. i am rolling the dice come on 7
