Yes - the Plan states the LTWs will be cancelled upon the Effective Date if the POR is approved.

Linda, do you mean: "No if the POR is approved as they will be worth zero." My reading of it from the POR point of view that this would be settled. I wonder if at some point Judge Block ruled differently that JPM was not to get the award what would happen as it would/should go to shareholders of record at some date but who knows what that would be. Date of cancellation, voting rights.

I just checked for a copy of any appeal on Pacer under 10-90511 and nothing since the 17th. Appeals would be due tomorrow I think.
