That could be but, I don't think they even had any
shares left after the Midsummer and Alpha giveaway.
I think this is just some (everyone knows whats going
to happen) now that the proxy is a yes vote. The snow
ball of shares really could hit very soon now. But, I'm
not an expert in how long it takes for the lawyers and
transfer agents to divvy out 400 million shares in several
directions of bondholders.
This will get much uglier before it gets better for sure.
