Jim Plant got over 8 years in Federal prison after pleading guilty to criminal fraud regarding CKYS. No more charges will be brought against him IMO.

Big Apple Consulting and its principals conspired to help him perpetrate the fraud and benefited by selling unregistered shares to the public. They have been found guilty of fraud and other violations of securities laws in a civil action brought by the SEC with disgorgement, fines and sanctions yet to be imposed.

IMO, DOJ should also bring criminal charges.

BAC et. al. committed fraud with other clients companies and one would hope they would be sued for those violations as well, but the SEC may believe they have proved enough and not pursue their actions with dozens of other companies.
