Good luck.

I complained about being passed over, no fill while someone else got filled a a lower price than my offer.

The SEC responded to my broker and held them blameless. The letter I received spelled out the circumstances, but had this to say:

... and under industry regulations [Knight]was not obligated to fill Mr. XX order at that price. .....

So there was my answer, a MM can fill his friends, but not me.

It's SEC approved. LOL
