Regardless of who is right or wrong it is not an issue with most companies. The fact that it even happened and is being discussed is not good for the company, regardless of what you believe. Making payroll tax payments is a non-issue for most company's. The reason it's an issue with Bonar is because the company has cash flow problems as reported in the most recent 10-Q and that should be a concern to all investors. GLTA
