Well, I do not accept that as a valid premise from which to start. I don't accept that we have to abide by the dog eat dog approach or that we must comply as investors because we are at the bottom of the food chain. I am not of the opinion that we should allow the likes of BH to foster his transgression, and that we should simply shrug of the losses as being the product of our own fault when in reality he, and others, have failed to meet their fiduciary responsibilities. In my book, those who take that cavalier attitude are not with me, but with the corporate managers that ripped of the investors. And this does not include MF. He is one that got ripped off, and tried to put a good person in charge, which never transpired.
