Oh, i was born there, but I left to the USA when I was REALLY young, so I don't know anything about how it's really like to live there. And I haven't been back there either...

But from what I heard from ppl, it's not a good idea to drive over there. There's pavement and there are some cars, but there's no lanes or really any traffic rules! LOL! People drive however they want, yield to whatever they want. hahah They share the road with other cars, mopeds, with bikes, pedestrians, animals, etc.

Phoneguard wont be of much use there. You dont even have to be texting to be distracted. All you have to do is LOOK at your handset and you'll probably hit something. haha
