I'll tell you how:

1) get a bunch of shares into a MM account for sale
2) tell you're shareholders that you're reducing the O/S and A/S
3) pump to family, friends and friends of friends that you've finally created the best thing on the market (step aside multi-billion $$ pain relief companies)
4) start dumping all of those shares into the market, but don't actually reduce the A/S
5) realize that it's much more profitable to just keep the money from selling shares than it is to re-invest it into the company
6) raise the O/S, dump some more shares, buy some coke and pocket the leftovers.
7) (future) make up some reason why the A/S wasn't reduced. Increase the A/S, dump more shares and pocket the money.
8) After shareholders have figured you out, do a 1 for 100 reverse split, wait a year so most people forget, start dumping shares again.

That's how it seems, don't it?
