Hello, I would like to introduce myself, I am Melissa Diaz, the President and CEO of South Street Media, Inc. I am emailing you an update as in the recent past you indicated your interest in the stock Integrity Sales & Services, Inc (OTC:PRMK), which is traded under the name ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc.
We are currently in talks to assist PRMK in developing and maintaining a shareholder communications department, and would like to take the time to provide a brief update from our conversation with the CEO, Mr. David Pfister.
- Financial audits are nearing the end. For anyone that has gone through an audit of financials for a public company, they know the intense work needed to complete the process. The Company has finished up more then 95% of the work, and will hopefully have an update and filing in the not so distant future.
- Investor and media relations department is being established so as to provide for a constant human contact for current and future shareholders. This department will also assist in media distribution so as to always provide a team solely dedicated to press release distribution on a timely manner.
- Recent Farm Expo presentations have been conducted by the company in the past two weeks in Illinois, with additional Farm Equipment Expo's planned for in the near future. We hope to have details on this past, and future expo trade show events regarding Integrity Sales & Services.
- The Canadian business unit is showing very strong results. No exact details but all indications is that their sales operations in Canada has been showing very strong growth results, not just from farm equipment demand, but due to the currency rate between the US and Canada.
Again, there are many more details to be released in the near future, and we hope our addition to the Integrity Sales media department may go a long way in assisting the company in improving their shareholder communications.
