I think you nailed it on the head. Some here relish the thought of seeing the judge taking it to the officers of the company, and perhaps rightfully so, however, with little regard for the consequences down the road. We are in serious trouble and settlement is and always has been the best and only way out. The judge says 500K to both sides if you really want to fight this and who has that? Again, without settlement it sure seems like receivership. What exactly happens in receivership I'm afraid to ask. I've heard they auction the assets to pay creditors. I wonder how many bidders there would be for the patent? If bidders drove up the price high enough might there be something left over for shareholders? Hard to say when we don't know our debts.
