If Kim is reacting to a skiddish market, and yet his reaction will cause the pps to drop dramatically, what he is doing is totally counter-productive and makes absolutely no sense.

Why would he do something that results in the opposite effect he is trying to achieve, I DON'T think Kim is that FOOLISH.

Please explain.
